My name is Billy Macomber and I live in North Carolina. I'm 16 years old and have been building websites for about a year and a half now and I'm proficient in HTML and CSS and Photoshop. I'm learning Jquery and PHP at this time to enhance my forms and other work. I honestly can't think of a reason for me to learn a server side language now because I've been designing sites for so long now that work perfectly fine as static websites, i.e. I don't need sign up forms or forums yet. I have some really good friends who have helped me learn all of this and lent me tools to do it.
